N70 - PC Bağlantı Sorunu

Hep bu hatayı alıyorum hiç dosya atamıyorum telefona.Formatta atamıyorum (yazılım güncelleştirme).başka bilgisayarlardanda denedim hep aynı hata kablomu bozulmuş olabilir yoksa telefonmu?
Nasıl bu sorunu çözebilirim?

Belki 100 yere yeniden kurmuşumdur hem ovi hem pc suiteyi yeniden kurdum başka bilgisayarlardada denedim.
