Error 403 When Conecting To Internet
i everyone,
I have just upgraded to an N97 from my N95 and I am very happy with it... except 1 thing.
I can successfully connect to the internet and everything seems fine but after an undefined amount of time my home screen widgets stop working and I receive an "HTTP Error 403" when I try to connect to the web browser.
I can either turn the phone off and on again to fix the issue, or disconnect my connection and reconnect... although if I do the latter of the 2 the connection stops about 20 minutes after reconnection.
I have phoned customer services and spoken to 2nd Line Technical Team, and to be honest the service was awful. They didn't seem to understand my issue and made me do the same thing over and over again. From reading some posts on here, the admins seem much more helpful and wondered if any of you guys have had a similar issue and managed to fix it?
So far I have manually selected my network operator, had the internet settings set to my phone (twice) and chosen 'Contract Internet' as my default access point for internet connections. Is this a firmware issue that is likely to be fixed soon or is there anything I can do now to solve the problem?
Thanks is advance,
