This certainly is a strange issue, the system normally asks for a 4 digit PIN not 6! I'll certainly check to see if this has been reported.

Glad to hear you have registered online Morebills and cats, it may seem long winded but now that you are registered it's a quick log in and your away! A huge chunk of our phone queries can be resolved online so your definitely in the right place!
