naviden indirdiğiniz dosyanın adını RM-596 şeklinde yapıp C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\ İÇİNE KLASÖR OLARAK(örn:RM-596) kopyalayıp ardından pc yeniden başlatım ve usb bağlantılarınızı kontrol edin

Bilgisayarın telefonu görmüyor sanırım. Anakart modeline bakarak en güncel chipset driverını indir ve kur. Sonra restart at. Belki faydası olabilir.
